Robert Robertson, from Lochaber, won the An Comunn Gaidhealach Mòd Gold Medal in 2013 in Paisley. He is the lead singer with Highland band, Tide Lines, whose debut album reached number 14 in the iTunes UK Download Charts on the day of its release in June 2017. Robert is a previous member of Skipinnish, with whom he recorded two albums and three singles. In 2016, he won gold for the Scottish representation in the Traditional Solo Singing competition at the International Pan Celtic Festival in Ireland.
